Players must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 786ok requires all Players to complete a KYC verification process. This process requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may require additional supporting documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method. 786ok reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Player relationship.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 786ok Account login credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 786ok will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email or telephone.

786ok processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to a Player's Account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to credit depending on banking system processing times. A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. Where bonus abuse is detected, 786ok reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to permanently close the Player's Account.
All Bonus Funds and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account Balance without notice.
All sports bets placed on 786ok are subject to acceptance by 786ok's sportsbook system. 786ok reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
786ok offers live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL and international matches), football and other selected sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the platform. 786ok will not be held liable for any delay in bet placement caused by connectivity issues or device performance on the Player's end.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the event is not completed; a market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system error; or incorrect odds are displayed due to a manifest error. 786ok's determination of void bets is final.
Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes, technical glitches or human input errors — 786ok reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds regardless of whether bets have been settled. 786ok's decision in this regard is final and not subject to appeal.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority. Settlement is typically completed within two (2) hours of the conclusion of an event. Where results are under official review or where a protest has been lodged, settlement may be delayed pending the final official outcome.

786ok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. 786ok shall not be liable for any losses arising from connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions that affect a Player's access to or use of the platform.
786ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting 786ok support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 786ok will process any remaining verified withdrawable Balance to the Player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by 786ok or the Player — any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money Balances that have cleared all applicable conditions will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
